Jane Gunn - Biography
Jane is the director of Enfocus Consulting Ltd, a Wellington based consultancy specialising in the provision of facilitation services and policy advice on natural resource issues.
Jane specialises in facilitating processes where there are diverse values and interests, often involving working towards government and industry partnerships. She has facilitated a number of multi-party processes seeking to address complex policy issues in relation to biosecurity, fisheries management, aquaculture, conservation and environmental protection.

Jane has 15 years experience in designing policy processes relating to the natural environment, with extensive experience working at senior levels in central and local government, as well as with industry organisations.
Prior to establishing a consultancy career in 2001, Jane held senior positions at the New Zealand Ministry for the Environment and at the Ministry of Fisheries where she was responsible for a wide range of public policy processes. She continues to specialise in resource management and fisheries management and offers a range of services including policy development, consultation advice and submissions analysis.
Jane lives in Waikanae on the Kapiti Coast, where her office is based, providing the best of both worlds – proximity to Wellington and a pleasant climate and lifestyle.
